Christmas Spirit

Missenden Abbey Conference Centre knows that over the Christmas period not everyone is blessed with a Christmas dinner, family or presents. So we teamed up with Godden Butchers, in Chesham, and Mansfield’s Greengrocer, in High Wycombe and prepared and served a festive dinner to 40 homeless people at the Church of the Holy Spirit in Aylesbury on 28 December. Steve Crawford, Centre Director at Missenden Abbey, said: “We were proud to supply meals for the homeless at Christmas and help in bringing about a brief respite from the weather.”
