Red shoes at the Abbey...
For over 25 years, Comic Relief has been taking tremendous steps to combat poverty and social injustice in 76 countries worldwide. This year, Missenden Abbey participated in Red Nose Day’s fundraising campaign with a host of activities. We sold delicious homemade Red Nose biscuits (that went down a treat!) and an exciting sweepstake took place. We even transformed the traditional theme, and swapped our red noses for red shoes around the Abbey! Our fun and successful efforts allowed us to raise £85 for this truly fantastic cause!
