“Throughout my time at Missenden Abbey I have been given the opportunity to try new roles and to develop my career, and have received the support I needed to improve my skills.”Whilst at the Abbey, Eva, who now lives in Aylesbury, undertook a MA Leadership and Management at Bucks New University which she feels has really helped her to make her latest step into management. She continues: “I love working with people and look forward to creating something of my own, which in my eyes is a successful team. My aim is to make a difference and to help drive forward the business.”
Nicole Sadd
Commercial Sales Manager
Nicole, who is originally from Tylers Green and who now lives in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, says of her new role: “My aim is it to refocus the business strategy of the Abbey and concentrate on the corporate conference market and our status as a Conference Centre of Excellence. I also plan to maintain our presence in the weddings and events sectors, and look at new markets within the challenging times that our sector is facing.”
