We are home to several separate businesses, which are led by people that share both a passion for quality service and a love for the Missenden Abbey estate. Meet some of the companies:
The Personal Expert Limited
Provides specialist training enabling sales people to develop a deep understanding of their customers' business, enabling them to add real value to their customers. This training regime includes a 3 day residential training course, typically held at Missenden Abbey, followed by access to the personal development portal via the internet.
"We chose Missenden Abbey initially because the location is perfect. Very accessible from anywhere in the South of England with the fast Chiltern Line direct into Marylebone. Now having been here a while, we find the quiet and professionally run environment a delightful place to work. The facilities in the Abbey enable our delegates to pack a great deal of work into their days and the beautiful grounds enable them to take a few minutes outside to recharge between sessions. As the facility is run so well, the atmosphere is very friendly and helpful, enhancing the performance of our staff. "
Equalta ltd
Based in the Abbey since 2005, they specialise in helping to improve the performance of both organisations and the staff within them. "We help our clients get the most from their people through a combination of employee surveys, creativity and innovation consultancy, together with team-working and executive coaching."
Equalta also works in partnership with Missenden Abbey on a number of ventures, including running events and teambuilding activities for the Abbey’s own customers, using the range of outdoor equipment facilities in the grounds.
Richard Lambert, one of the three Directors at Equalta says “We love being based here. The Abbey is beautiful, the grounds are fantastic and the staff are really excellent to work with – professional to the extreme but with a friendly touch. It certainly has the WOW factor. When our clients come to visit us here, they always seem just a little bit envious that we get to come here everyday!”.
