Client Liaison

Ross has worked at Missenden Abbey since the age of 16, where he joined on a part time basis while studying at college. Joining the Abbey on a full time basis once 19, Ross has considerably progressed his career whilst working in the food and beverage department; gaining a wealth of knowledge, not only in managing other staff members, but continually impressing clients who visit.

To gain more experience and improve his skills, Ross joined the Reception team where he was able to interact more closely with clients and becoming the first point of contact when they set foot into the abbey. He now finds himself in the sales office as Client Liaison, where he has always wanted to be since he started working at this wonderful place.
