G4S Safer Crowds Courses
Professor Dr G. Keith Still is the Professor of Crowd Dynamics at Buckingham New University and Senior Crowds Consultant for G4S.  For over twenty year Professor Still has developed the science of crowds and is now regarded as one of the world’s leading experts.  The Safer Crowds Courses bring together the science of crowds in order to empower decision making and keep people safe.  

The Workshops
The Safer Crowds and Applied Safer Crowds workshops are all about understanding crowds in order to keep people safe.  Developed over the last twenty years and delivered globally the Safer Crowds portfolio highlight the science of crowds and how it is and can be used to inform and support decision making and planning.  

Who would benefit?
If you are involved in the design, planning, management or movement of people within the events, sporting, entertainment, shopping, transport industry then this course is for you.  Over the last decade this course has appealed to: Safety Advisory Group’s (SAG) members; Business Improvement District (BID’s) managers; emergency services; event planner; operational managers; charities; stewards; event organisers; architects working in the complex and built environment and  local authority officers with licensing, planning and statutory responsibilities.
