Starter
- Roasted tomato and red perpper soup with basil pesto
- Cantaloupe melon, Parma ham and fresh fig salad with walnut and honey dressing and garnished with orange segments and herbs
- Feta cheese, roasted red pimento and olive tart with red onion relish, garnished with baby leaf salad and pomegranate seeds
- Smoked salmon mousse with crayfish tails garnished with crayfish tails, baby leaf salad, fresh chives and a rocket pesto
- Smoked chicken and bacon salad with chilli and chive dressing served over a baby leaf salad, drizzled with a light chilli, chive and white wine vinegar dressing, garnished with orange segments
- Chicken liver paté with pear and apricot chutney, garnished with red amaranth
Main Course
- Roast Scotch Aberdeen Angus sirloin, Yorkshire pudding with traditional gravy
- Fillet of Beef Wellington - cooked to mediumrare and served with a port and shallot jus
- Roast leg of lamb served with a confit of balsamic baby onions and red wine pan gravy and mint sauce
- Roast supreme of chicken with smoked crispy bacon and a Dijon mustard sauce
- Chicken Breton served in a creamy white wine sauce with quarted mushrooms and whole roasted baby shallots
- Trio of local butchers sausages served with caramelised onion gravy
- Chilli and lime-glazed salmon with red Thai and coconut infusion garnished with baby asparagus and served with a fragrant pilau rice and a subtle Thai style sauce
- Pan fried seabass served on a bed of provencale roasted vegetables
All the above are served with a choice of dauphinoise, parmentier, new or roast potatoes, spring onion mash or hand cut chips
Dessert
- Homemade warm chocolate brownie served with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce
- Warmed apple tart with créme Anglais garnished with a berry compote
- Sticky toffee pudding served with warm créme Anglais
- Eton Mess - Whipped cream laced with strawberries, crshed meringue and berry coulis
- White chocolate Bavarois served with a raspberry coulis
- Chocolate profiteroles filled with fresh whipped cream served with a chocolate sauce and white chocolate fan
