There can be few more perfect settings for the Wedding of your dreams. Surrounded by ten acres of stunning grounds, this fine 12th century Abbey offers all you could wish for to make your Wedding day unforgettable.

Enjoy canapes and champagne on the manicured lawns and spectacular photos by the lake. Host a glorious wedding breakfast within the vaulted ceilings and stained glass of the Abbey function rooms, with the option to finish your celebrations with a live band or disco until midnight. We are delighted to hold a license for civil ceremonies for up to 100 guests.

We can cater for just over 100 guests for a sit down meal and up to 150 guests for the evening reception. For the ultimate mix of a lawn wedding with Missenden Abbey as the backdrop you have the option of a Marquee for 50 to 150 guests.

From the warmth of our hospitality to the exceptional food we take care of every last detail. All you need to do is relax and enjoy your special day.

For travelling guests, simply reserve one of our 57 ensuite bedrooms at a discounted rate of only £50.00 (single occupancy) or £70.00 (Double occupancy) inclusive of breakfast & Vat.
